Private label

Our plant produces private brands for many companies in Israel and abroad, based on our clients´ specifications. We work closely with our clients, from the product development stage, through production, collection and packaging. Our plant has extensive expertise in creating private brands, including a high production capacity, excellent market-proven product quality, expertise in regulatory processes and in adjusting the client´s specifications to licensing requirements, and a high familiarity with current and future market trends.  All these provide us with added value compared to many competitors, in our aim to provide our private brand clients with the best service possible.Each of our private brand products undergo the following strict quality process:

  1. Cosmetic products development stage

    This stage is the responsibility of our quality engineering team, chemists and attorneys certified as "responsible representatives”
    • Defining the product´s purpose
    • Adjusting its components: Specific requirements for extracts and oils, and other unique components
    • Adjusting the formulation to the client´s specifications, including texture, scent and color, parabens-free, sodium-free, alcohol-free, etc.
    • Adjusting the product´s components to the client´s marketing messages
    • Carrying out stability tests, microbiological and physical tests, and ascertaining the efficiency of preservatives.
    • Fitting the packaging to the product

  2. Product labeling stage

    This stage is the responsibility of our quality engineering team, chemists and attorneys certified as responsible representatives
    • Adjusting packaging texts and marketing messages to relevant Israeli and European regulatory requirements
    • Adjusting packaging texts to relevant regulatory requirements in the countries in which the product will be sold

  3. Product licensing stage - Israeli Ministry of Health

    This stage is the responsibility of our quality engineering team, chemists and attorneys certified as responsible representatives
    • Development of a Product Information File (PIF) that includes all required documents according to updated regulations, in collaboration with the client including handling of documents pertaining to raw materials, packages, perfuming, and more
    • Notification and certification with the Ministry of Health
    • Certification of the Manufacturers´ Association of Israel to act as a responsible representative for cosmetics products under the revised pharmacists ordinance of 2017
    • Handling of all necessary approvals from the Standards Institute, Nature and Parks Authority, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Health and embassies
    • Issuance of analysis certificates

  4. Product manufacturing stage

    This stage is the responsibility of our Production Manager and a professional and highly experienced team
    • The product undergoes a strict quality control process

  5. Pre-filling quality control testing stage

    This stage is the responsibility of our in-house and external labs
    • The product is sent for in-house and external microbiological, organoleptic, physical and chemical lab tests to ensure its quality

  6. Filling and packaging stage

    This stage is the responsibility of our Plant Manager, our trained team of quality trustees and additional workers that have been specifically trained for this task
    • Control is carried out by the plant´s quality trustees who have been specifically trained for this task
    • Suitable packaging is selected by product tree, batch tests and the product itself
    • A further microbial test at an external lab
    • Meticulous control is ensured at the filling line by experienced workers who have been specifically trained for this task

  7. Raw materials warehouse

    This stage is the responsibility of our Warehouse Manager and a highly experienced team

  8. Collection and shipping

    • All products are packaged according to the client´s specifications
